A few months after my last post in this thread, I saw a deal on 8GB RAM for ?30 and I'd paid that for 4GB not long ago with my then new build. So I bought the 8GB RAM and moved to 64 bit Windows. I have also switched to Sandboxie 64 bit. The extra RAM comes in great for VM's.
I still use DW on my second machine.
