Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom, removed the option to customize your netbook's wallpaper and desktop colours in Starter Edition.

Functionality

• Interface resembling that of Windows 7 superior.
• Change of the wallpaper immediately, not of restarting of session.
• Formats of picture JPG and BMP (png in progress).
• Modification of its screensaver thanks to an icon shortened in the program.
• Access to the program in two click. (Right Click > Personalize).
• Possibility of choosing the position of the picture (center, mosaic, stretch, filling, normal)
• Invisible, no icon in the taskbar (use explorer context menu)
