Ilya I tried to load 10 but Avira Prem. jumped on it. It popped up TR/Spy.Gen. I had to boot to my secondary snapshot.

Installed over 3.09 on XP Pro SP3. No initial problems to report. Updated permissions in Emsisoft Anti-Malware (EAM) as prompted. Running smooth with EAM, MBAM Pro, WinPatrol PLUS and LooknStop Firewall installed.

Problem with DW and Firefox 4.0 plugin-container.exe. I get multiple warnings new untrusted process running (plugin-container.exe) and takes a long time for FF to load. Instead of a few untrusted processes (FF, alg.exe and plugin-container.exe) it now shows 15 untrusted processes. I'll send you E-Mail with log and screenshot.

Like red bricks in Windows Explorer.

Wow it's really fast comparing to v3.09.
Well done Ilya, no issues here so far (Windows 7).

Just noticed something with FireFox. Plugin-container event about a new untrusted process. Ok, that seems fine with me. But a few minutes later after launching FF again. The event reoccurred. Shouldn't stay an untrusted process?

Thanks,

Gerald

It seems to run faster than the current release version on my XP SP3 computer. Only thing I get is a new untrusted process popup when I close the browser for rundll32.exe

I downloaded DefenseWall 3.10 Beta five minutes ago. I scanned the exe file with Avira, which immediately jumped on it, telling me that this file was infected with the trojan TR/Spy.Gen. I haven't installed it yet.

According to VirusTotal, AntiVir is the only AV program that flags the exe file as a trojan. I'm going to send the file to Avira, asking them to fix this false positive as soon as possible.

This getting flagged stuff is completely normal for reactive AV virus definitions. Best thing to do is report it as false positive and they'll react to that. They need to adjust.

You as a user needs to report this.-

So far running very smoothly. I turned off the balloon warnings about untrusted process running. Warnings got to be a little too much. Incident with plugin-container.exe that I reported earlier in this thread has not reoccurred thus far.

I know. That's why I sent this file to Avira, telling them that this file is definitely a so-called false positive. I'm still waiting for their analysis.
