Disable DefenseWall's firewall

I was just wondering just how to disable DefenseWall's firewall besides right-clicking on the tray icon and disabling inbound and outbound? I tried this...
"Create "force_hips" REG_SZ value into the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftSphere Technologies\DefenseWall" registry key. This will revert DW back to a HIPS only program" registry entry but upon reboot I couldn't get an outbound connection at all. Only after deleting that registry value and rebooting was I able to make a connection.
I'm running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit with Windows Firewall with Advanced Security set up to my liking on an HP laptop 2.0 ghz dual-core processor with 4 gigs of ram connecting to my home network via wireless.
BTW, my Firefox 4 freezing problem seems fixed in 3.11 beta.

Can't say about other processes but Firefox couldn't connect. In the Network and Sharing Center there was a red X between my wireless router icon and the Internet icon. Windows Troubleshooting couldn't find the reason for it. Could have been a fluck. I'll try the registry hack once again and see what happens.
I'll report back here shortly.
Thanks for the reply, Ilya.

It must have been a fluck for now the registry hack (force_hips) is working and I can still connect out. The first time I tried it I also had inbound and outbound disabled before I applied the registry hack. Maybe that had something to do with it...I don't know .
I rebooted and connected out twice, just to be sure, before posting back here. All's fine.
Sorry for the trouble.
