If DW is uninstalled, would this re-open ports which were closed by DW? Would this also cause listening ports to open up which are closed in default Win 7 configuration?

What I wanted to ask was would uninstalling DW open-up listening ports which should remain closed in normal conditions.

I mean to say the listening ports which were closed before installing DW.
