Firefox 38.0.5

first offered to Beta channel users on May 12, 2015

 

The release schedule was changed and a 38.0.5 will come between 38.0 and 39.0.
(Firefox 38 was previously planned as the 'big spring release'.)
Planned: 4 beta builds (published to users) of 38.0.5 and 1 RC - Release June 2, 2015

 

What's new:

  •  New - Keep track of articles and videos with Pocket
  •  New - Clean formatting for articles and blog posts with Reader View
  •  New - Share the active tab or window in a Hello conversation

  • New - Improved scrolling, graphics, and video playback performance with off main thread compositing (GNU/Linux)
