I receive the following from DefenseWall approximately once every two weeks:

"So Files could not be ceated. Please close all applications, reboot Windows and restart this installation."

I've done this twice yet the error continues.

I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what I can do.

It's not a DefenseWall's message. So, what's your versions of DefenseWall and Windows?
