PayPro - "Product is not available"

Hey Ilya,

I wanted to renew my license for DW, but when I clicked the "Buy" button on DW's "About" window, the message I received at the PayPro site was "Product is not available".

Is this because my license is expired, or is there a problem with PayPro? I searched for Defensewall on the PayPro site, but it returned a "product not found".

I would just use the Softsphere.com link to buy, but I didn't want to get half way through the order and run in to a glitch.

No, it was an issue with DW v<3.18. Correct update links:

DefenseWall Personal Firewall edition

DefenseWall HIPS edition

As a registered customer for DefenseWall Personal Firewall I would like to know if I can purchase a licence for DefenseWall HIPS via PayPro as an renewal purchase ? uhm.gif
I ask the question because I would like to have the two versions of the software to best fit my needs.

That are not two versions of software, but two editions. If you need an additional license for DefenseWall HIPS edition, you need to buy one, but it's not about renewal. If you need a discount, just drop me an e-mail to support [at] softsphere [dot] com and we will discuss the value of it.
