Twitter hit with lengthy outage
After an outage this morning, Twitter says the site was back up but now it's down again.

Twitter said its service was back up after more than an hour of service interruption, but some users are now again having issues accessing the site. The company has updated their status blog to reflect the issue.
"Update: The issue is on-going and engineers are working to resolve it," the status read at 10:57 a.m.
Around 10:30 a.m., the company posted an update to its status blog indicating that users can now tweet freely
