Attribute Changer is only available through context menus for files, folders and drive objects. Right-click on a file or any other supported object and choose the 'Change attributes...' menu entry to launch it. The selected objects will then be passed to Attribute Changer for processing.
On the Windows 8 Start screen, switch to the Desktop and you can use Attribute Changer on Windows 8 as you did in previous versions. It runs without any problems on 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 8.
