Microsoft’s Worldwide Partners Conference in Toronto
Microsoft corporate vice president of Windows, Tami Reller, said the company plans to release Windows 8 to manufacturers in the first week of August, and that consumers will be able to get their hands on devices running Windows 8 in late October.
