Hello

During the passed week memebers of our adminstrative staff which are answering requests in the HJT forum have reported about users, visitors and guests of our board demanding a personal support via PM, email or AIM, ICQ, IRC or other messanger software.

We do not give a personal support via PM nor by email, AIM, ICQ, IRC! Therefore we have our separate forums at GSF!!


If our support team gets disturbed or pested by users PMs, AIMs, ICQs, IRCs telling them about their problems any longer, we will close the PM function for those people for a none defined time.

It is unfair to all other members which are posting their problems in the reserved forums of our board, waiting for help.

We are trying to help you with answers as fast as we can, but please keep in your mind that we take some time to clearify unusual reported problems. Everyone who has posted her/his problem in one of our support sections will get an answer, but please give us some time to help you.
