I didn't read your EWIDO log carefully enough. It was pointed out to me that you ignored everything and so nothing was fixed!

You have also have not followed some other instructions to post certain logs from Safe mode. I need you to focus and read all instructions. Follow them to the letter. This is not going away easily and we may have to get more technical very soon. I may need to see what is gong on in safe mode and asking for logs taken there might be somethng I'll need.

You did update all the removal programs you installed?

--------------

Close the Internet. Unplug your modem for the duration. Only reconnect for the last round when I ask you to post your logs.

Go to Control Panel >Add Remove Programs.

Uninstall if found:

Bargain Buddy
Surfside Kick
NaviSearch
BullsEye Network
Cash Back
------------

Reboot to Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on nailfix.exe. Click "Next" in the setup, then make sure "Run Nailfix" is checked and click "Finish". Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Next, run Ewido.

Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.

If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. We have been finding some cases of false positives with the new version of Ewido, so we need to step through the fixes one-by-one. If Ewido finds something that you KNOW is legitimate (for example, parts of AVG Antivirus, pcAnywhere and the game "Risk" have been flagged), select "none" as the action. DO NOT check "Perform action with all infections". If you are unsure of an entry, select "none" for the time being. I'll see that in the log you will post later and let you know if ewido needs to be run again.

When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.

Then run HijackThis, click Scan, and place a checkmark by the following item:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [random] c:\windows\system32\random.exe r

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked Note that the 04 entry may have changed names if you have rebooted since posting the log; look for an entry with a similar format, that will always in in a single letter r.

Locate and delete the following File in BOLD:
c:\windows\system32\random.exe (or whatever the name may have changed to, as noted above).

Close all Folders!

Run hijackthis again and select these items. Press the fix checked button:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://websearch.drs...esearch.cgi?id=
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://websearch.drs...esearch.cgi?id=

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Bagiu] C:\WINDOWS\system32\m?dtc.exe
O4 - Startup: AdDestroyer.lnk = C:\Program Files\AdDestroyer\AdDestroyer.exe

Delete these files if they exist.

C:\windows\dinst.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\exp.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wintask.exe
AUNPS2.DLL
C:\Program Files\SurfSideKick 3\Ssk.exe

c:\windows\system32\ztrnuz.exe

Delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\rdso
Now, run CCleaner.

Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".

If running Firefox: click on the "Applications" tab and uncheck "Cookies" under "Firefox".

Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.

------------------------------

Finally, restart your computer in normal mode. Shut down first and reconnect your Modem.

Please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

There is something I noticed. You had a very clem looking log. There was a strup mentoined but the file was not shown as running. It woul normally be shoing in running processes. Then after a restart you were totally reinfected.

You had two winlogons showing in that log. That wold indicate you are using Fast User Switching and had another profile loaded at the time. Please don't use fast User switching while we are cleaning up. Only sign into the one profile we have been looking at in these logs. Do not sign into any other profiles until I give you the ok. We don't know what may have loaded from the other profile.

Ok thanks for all your help...

but we're just going to format the computer and start from scratch. theres really nothing important saved right now so I figure its the right thing to do.

This time as soon as I format it, I'll install antivirus protectors and spyware protectors so it wont get infected as easily.

So thanks for helping me! Bye

I'm sorry not to have been able to do more. IF you change your mind and want to go one more round, I'll be here.
