Can I get any info on

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{1841E1FF-BAC0-4999-B722-6BBB27478B84}: NameServer = 10.10.1.22,10.10.1.19

This, NameServer = 10.10.1.22,10.10.1.19, is a non-routable address used for local intranets. Who your ISP is and how they assign your IP address will determine if this is valid.

Whois show you are on cable, so it is possible that they are using these, but it would be unusual. COntact your ISP and ask for DNS Nameserver IP addresses. If t hey do not match then delete them.
