My brother cannot access the internet anymore, so I can't download any programs to remove the trojan, so I'm probably gonna have to manually remove this one.
Any help would be much appreciated.

All the tools you need are available on the Internet. If you cannot get online, then the only suggestion I have is to reformat and re-install.
