hi i am a newbie here so easy on me

yesterday whilst reading my mail using incredimail i got a screen that told me to upgrade my incredimail.

i did so and all of a sudden my mail is working but my in box and sent box are wmpty

my contact lists are gone

i use my mail for business so you can appreciate it i need my old mails

can anyone help me ?

quick question... Did you ask the people at Incredimail? I never used their services, but logic says they have to do backups and thus also backups of your mail boxes and contact lists. At first glance I'd say that your original mailbox has gotten changed into a brand spanking new email account.

Did you make additional folders in the mailbox? Like "Orders", "Support", etc. If you did, are they still there? And populated?
