I have had the technician that installed my comcast cable broadband configure my cpu with no luck. I can't connect to the internet anymore and I think that a dialer virus is to blame. I've tried everything, Spybot, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, even wiping my hard drive. But still no luck! I just can't connect to the internet. I know my config settings are right because they work just fine on my older Gateway cpu. I don't know what to do. Help!!

Hi there Shadowkitty,
Welcome to Gladiator Security Forum
Can you copy with a flash/pen drive from the other computer? If so, can you post a copy of the MBAM report here? It would also help to have a HijackThis log, if possible. :) Please do this, if you can:
1. Download HijackThis? here:
http://www.trendsecu.../hijackthis.php
2. Click 'Do a System Scan and Save log'.
The HJT log will open in notepad.
3. Copy and paste that log here with the MBAM report.
Do you have any other computers on a network through a router?
Thanks,
tea
