It is going to take a few steps to clean your computer.

First:
You have a RapidBlaster Infection.
Please Download RBKiller from http://www.wilderssecurity.net/specialinfo/rapidblaster.html
Run The Program.

Second:
We need to get rid of the CHM exploit first:
There is an uninstall tool from http://www.master-search.com/

1. Download the uninstall tool
2. REBOOT into Safe Mode by tapping F8 repeatedly while booting up
3. Run the uninstall tool
4. then delete these files:
c:\windows\start.chm
c:\windows\start.html

5. Scan with HJT in SAFE MODE

Then:
(note: some of these entries may not be present)
Before we do anything, please move HiJackThis to a permanent folder. I suggest 'c:\program files\hijackthis\' but any folder other than the Desktop or a temporary folder is fine. This will allow us to use backups to restore entries if necessary

Check the following items in HijackThis.
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\start.chm::/start.html
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\start.chm::/start.html
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rb32 0l7044] "C:\Program Files\RapidBlaster\rb32.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Configuration Loader] explore.exe

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Reboot in Safe Mode* and delete the following: (you may need to show hidden files**)
C:\Program Files\RapidBlaster\ <-- folder
C:\Windows\explore.exe (be very careful!! explorer.exe is a Windows file)

*How to Boot into Safe mode: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen...001052409420406
**Show hidden files/folders as per the instructions here http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=190

Also, uncheck the boxes for hiding known file extensions and hiding protected operating system files. We want to see it all. When we finish here, it would be a good idea to rehide the protected operating system files but leave the rest to be shown.

Reboot. (not necessary, but recommended)

Post another HiJackThis log in this thread for review.
