Trying to clean all of the spyware from this PC. There were 58 files found with adaware. Lately it has been running VERY slow.

Hi joeblow,

Your log is clean.

You can download CCleaner. This is a program to rid hard discs of unnecessary files. After execution you should defragment your hard disc(s).

Maybe then your computer will speed up.

Thank you very much. I thought there would at least be something... Maybe it is NAV that is causing much of the slowdown?

In your opinion, would the free version of AVG be as good as a paid version of Norton?

I have no idea, since I don't use either of those anti virus products.
