I'm surprised there has been no reply to my request. This site has always been awesome and timely in helping out. I see others have posted since I did and have received help.

Have I forgotten something or done something wrong that has gotten me passed over?? Please advise.

If the service does not meet your wants, then you are free to go elsewhere. I doubt you will find a site with response time less than 24 hours. While we often get to logs soon after posting, it may be up to 24 hours before we actually do. Remember, this is a holiday weekend and most fo us have a life outside of this forum.

Your log is clean, but you need to install XP SP2 and all missing critical updates. There have been too many security issues covered in these updates to consider them as optional.

The problem with forums and emails is that the intent can be misunderstood, that is the case here.

My 2nd comment yesterday was in response to the fact that I love this site and the response time. It has always been very very quick. Therefore I honestly felt I had messed something up because of the slower response than usual and the fact that I had been passed over while others that posted after me received responses. I wanted to know if there was something I had neglected to do.

No problem, and no offense taken. I, and the others doing logs, receive email notification of responses to logs in process. Often I will check the specific log, reply, and leave without checking for new posts. But I do return to check for and process new logs so it may appear you were overlooked (and others with new logs).
