For some reason my computer overall is lags at times and I have to restart it to make it run better. I have Ccleaned and virus scanned but found nothing.

I'm not sure if my computer is infected or just getting worn out.

Cleaning temporary files and folders , plus a defrag may help with the slowness. Also you need to update your Java runtime.

First:
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser

Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser

Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Second:
Once your system is clean, you need to update your JavaRuntime module(s) to the most current version [JRE Version 6 Update 5]. You can download it directly from Sun at this link: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Note: Be sure to remove all prior versions, using Add/Remove Programs, before you install the new one. Reboot after removal and prior to installation.
