1.Added the Feathering feature for Selection, Copy, Clone (selected region), Color Fill (for selected region), BucketFill. You can adjust the feathering mode (Gradient or Random) and feathering range. !!!Keep in mind that the feathering adjust is only available in the selection mode.
2.Reorganized the Photoshop filters in Alphabetic order.
3.Changed the BucketFill cursor with a clear hot spot.

"I made great enhancement to the 3D feature, you can now load any 3D models (.3ds) and apply the texture, rotate/zoom, change the lighting (color and direction). You can create multiple new layers without having to open/close the 3d window. Also you can switch to different photo panel and press the "Reload" to load the current layer or all checked layers to the 3D window as new textures."
Version 2.4.1 also improves GIF animation support: view gif animation, extract animation layers, and generate new gif animation.
