The GSF staff has noticed for a long time now that some new registered members have done so for spreading unwanted PMs at other members (s. Nigeria-Connection-like stuff).

We do not want that our members get spammed by any kind, so we have a first new rule, to prevent spamming.
After a successful registration at GSF new members have to post 10 times less before they can use the board internal PM function. Those members get promoted as Active Members and get green colorized.

All members, that have already more than 10 postings get moved into the new group automatically.
