This is a nice application to make animated water, snow or rain.
I tried it and found it easy to use and it even produces better
results than Reflet (another water animation program).
It is called Sqirlz and it can be downloaded for free!

Sqirlz

See what you can do....

thanx Chachazz for the tip!!!

Hi Uguel,

Excellent, I really like the look of the "Water reflections"

Now just to try and find time to try it out,

Yes this one is great fun to play with.

I've tried their Sqirlz Lite, it's fun too, but I haven't tried the Morph yet though.

thanx Stem. I think you'll like it a lot.
You'll be able to make an animation in no time.
There are just 3 main easy steps.

1. You select the area where you want the effect. Say a lake.

2. You customize the wave mode you want or you let it to default.

3. You play your animation and save it or you go back to step 2 if you want more/less waves.

And that's pretty much it!

Yes it's pretty easy to use, you can save the individual frames or to gif, flash and avi.

You can get a little more adventurous by saving an animation to avi then reopen it ( file - open avi ) and add another effect.

For this one I made a rain avi then reopened and added snow to the center sphere then saved as a gif.

( You should use smaller images, the file size can get pretty big. )

Uguel
I agree, we better open up small images otherwise it gets way too big.
I did a snow animation too, I had a picture of Lake Louise in Alberta.

The colours were brighter in the original though.
I'll see if there's a way around to keep them from fading.

Very good Ugel and Oddio the stunning standards are getting better and better.

Cool pic Uguel, and thanks Nebon.

I was looking for some optimizers to reduce the file size, there are a few over here.

If you know of any please add to the list.

Hey, thanx Odidio.
yep, the Trout's GIF Optimizer looks good.
it is better than Jasc Animation to reduce the size of .gifs?
I might give it a try.
