I downloaded the Presets that they tell U to..Now after extracting I put them in Bryce presets and what I have is 2 folders for each one I put there. 1 says Installed and the other says User...

Is that right?

Yes, it is normal. The "Installed" folder will store all the presets created for Bryce by DAZ Studio and
"User" are the ones you can download from other sources or places that give Bryce stuff for
free. The "User" folder can also contain all the presets that you can create yourself in Bryce.
