I can't get Incredimail to connect to Hotmail, my default email. Nor will it connect to Yahoo, Comcast or Outlook Express. This has been goin on for three weeks. Incredimail support is useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Incredimail three times. I've followed all the tips from the FAQ. I'm really in a quandry. I like Incredimail but I can't get it to work. Someone got any ideas?

I have successfully configured Incredimail for both my husband and myself. It worked fine for 2 days then !!!!!! It still works for him but I keep getting "Authorization failed" and "Service Unavailable". I manage 2 accounts and he has only one, could this be the culprit. We both have XP, this is making me crazy! I did have similar problems when I first configured it but after I uninstalled and reinstalled and configured it again it was fine. I like it, but if I have to keep reinstalling it every 2 days, it's not worth it. I just don't like Hotmail format (MSN). I'm thinking MSN is sabotaging me even though I pay for the "Plus" subscription. (MSN hotmail blocks Incredimail, Outlook, Outlook Express if you only have free hotmail. You have to pay for the "Plus" account. Does anyone know of any other email managers that work with Hotmail?

Could you please take a look at my post in this thread. Do make sure you are using the latest build and follow the instructions exactly as i have described them. As when installed correctly it is a very stable E-mail client

i have hotmail and can't get to work after i redid my computer. it wont take anything password maybe it incoming or outgoing conf is wrong . help

The reason it doesn't work is because you have to pay to use the POP3 server and the SMTP. Now it is not free. You have to use programs like HotPop or YahooPOP because yahoo doesn't do it either.

If u download this program you may be able to use hotmail wit incredimail

:) you know i am having the same problem now i cannot send messages only if i press reply to sender that sucks incredimail have cliches i think i m personally sick of it. but i get my mail faster i dont have outlook i refuse to pay bill gates anymore money. anywho. i think it has something to do with adware on the system or somethings you need adware and antivirus i think these might play a part dont know, just grasping i wish some one can help me because incredimail peeps. fail to email me back with any issues

Your isp will be able to advise you on how to fill in all of the fields correctly to enable you to use Incredimail with regards your POP3 mail server [For checking e-mail] and SMTP mail server [for sending e-mail]
Please note that all the fields have to be filled in exactly as instructed by your isp. Should you just wish to use a hot-mail account then Incredimail will automatically do this for you
