To completely remove all of the program, you must uninstall Norton AntiVirus using Windows Add/Remove Programs. To do this after a failed uninstall requires that you follow the steps in this document first to remove most of the program, then reinstall Norton AntiVirus, and finally uninstall again using Add/Remove Programs.
