It is not a bug, is is skin engine feature :)

I don't know- I simply use skin+skin engine. This allow me not to concentrate on visual effects, but working with program's functionality itself.

That's cool, I like the GUI. Are you sure there isn't an error somewhere? Something isn't right there...

OK. Just to be clear, you see that the bottom half of the button works differently than the top and this is not the graphic affects of the button, but actually two different graphic affects which are essentially the same in design, but working randomly in and out of sync with each other?
