during install. Only option was "OK" so I pressed that and installed it did, but if its working as it should with that error-meassage during install - I dont know.

Installed it once again over the new 1.70 and now I disabled Antivir and Cyberhawk but kept Oupost on during install - normally that works fine. Same errosmessage both times.

Why this errormessage? Any suggestion how to get an error free install? Uninstall an install as new?

I have experienced the same error message as you when installing DW v1.70. I guess we will have to wait for what Ilya says about this problem. Until proven otherwise, despite the error, I have to assume that the install went well as everything appears to be working smoothly.
