Definitely big congratulations to you Ilya! Also to us users guy_dancin.gif

Still dont understand if DW was not able to deactivate 5 out of 8 tested keyloggers? That DW doesnt "detect" them in a sence that DW doesnt warn the user - that I am aware of. But did DW deactive and protect from them after user hitting BIG RED BUTTON or rebooting - that I could not determine from these test results. Could some explain this to me in some detail?

Best Regards

That is full test description + simple users opinion (bottom link).

So if one of those 5 keyloggers (whom DW failed according to this test) are in my DW-sandbox and I hit BIG RED to go banking that keylogger will still be able to do its dirtywork kelogging my passwords?

Edit: Revisited their site and saw that in the summary DWs results changed to have passed 5 of 8 keyloggers test not 3 as I think it said from the start.

In the test after the keylogger test its stated that the result is based on "after closing all untrusted processes" so I have to presume that the keylogger test resultis are also after after hitting BIG RED although I cant see that stated specifically for the keylogger test.

Overall the results are beautiful but still seems BIG RED cant close all processes in the sandbox or does these keyloggers break out of the box and install themselves as trusted?

Why I am so careful to understand what these tests means is because so far I have believed that BIG RED deactivated them all. Sort of that after hitting BIG RED that first browse was under DW turbo-protection, but now I am less certain about the turbo.

I am not meaning to be a partykiller. I thought allready from beta that DW was an awesome software and I still think so today - I am just trying to understand my software.

I am sure development continues.

Best Regards
