problem no internet connectivity, all systems are up and running,eg,network,router, PC seems ok,hijack log posted for inspection

Starware is an Adware program and may be affecting your connection. I want an Add/Remove program list to see which is the best way to remove it.

Please create a list of programs that can be removed using Add/Remove Programs

Use Add/Remove Programs to uninstal, Starware347 4.4.1.0.

Check your router to make sure your computer is getting that far.

followed suggestions,theres seems to be some corruption in the windows networking software, , i may reformat later as im lost as to the reason for this problem,and have tryd lots of various fixes.much appreciated.

Try this program. It will repair the TCP/IP stack. It may not solve your problem, but its worth a try before you reformat.

went to winzero config and started it bypassing my client utility software which always runs flawlessly, finally connected, thanks again guys.


issue solved


summary ,I think the issue to begin with was virus related.

Next choices, check firewall and make sure only one is turned on. Check that wireless card is functioning, run any diagnostics you have for it. Check router and be sure it is properly configured and operating correctly. If you have a CAT 5 cable, connect directly to the router.
