Entered one but didnt see any info that pw protection was now enabled.
Didnt understand how to remove pass word protection.
When trying to disable protection pw kicked in as it should, but I could exit DW without pw.
Could easily disable Outlook in untrusted without any request for pw.
I am confused

1. Leave "new password" fields blank to remove password protection.
2. How exactly you remove those entry?

Rightclick icon + exit and protection is gone without request for pw.
Do I need to reboot to make some of the pw protection to kick in?
Today disabling Outlook asked for pw - yesterday not.
Took away pw protection the way you suggested - worked, but now I cant add pw protection again. Need reboot?
Edit: First attempt Saturday to disable Outlook it asked for pw - second time no request for pw - this function is not undertstandable or not working correctly - at least not on my PC.

1. "Exit" is under password protection.
2. Password need to be entered only ones- that it got cached and there is no need to enter it more times. I see no reasons bombing user with popup windows if he already have entered right password!

Sorry - exit isnt protected on my beta 4.
About info to make it easier for nonsavvy users to understand DW - we must agree to disagree.

"Exit" is protected. Exit old instance of DW, run new opne and check again.
"Agree to disagree"? What do you mean under this term?

Tested go banking - password protected - why?
Closed the Go banking browser window.
Now nothing was pw protected anymore. I havent changed any pw settings inbetween.
Rebooted - all exept exit was pw-protected. Exit is never pw protected.
This pw thing is totally unstable on my machine.
This is my last effort to try to contribute on improving this pw-function. Maybe my machine is not setup for DW pw to work properly - I dont know.
Anybody else having problems with pw protection in any way?
Edit: Can reproduce this thing with pw protection ending after go banking and back after reboot - except exit - time after time.

1. OK, I'll check out "Exit" one more time.
2. "Go Banking" is using modified trusted work mode. That is why it asks for password. Yes, it is not very nice from the point of view of ideology and I'll think if I can do with it.
