It would be nice if when looking at the Trusted applications list I could click an application then a menu button that would designate it as Untrusted and have it remember it from now on.

There's a feature on the untrusted applications page that gives you the opportunity to run an app as trusted. I just don't know if it is remembered or not.

No, it just runs untrusted as trusted ones. And there is no Trusted applications list, only Untrusted one...
