Hi I'm using DW Beta v4.0 but when I run apps from a USB thumb drive untrusted apps still run as trusted. I'm using WinXP SP 2.0 so does anyone have any clues to remedy?

Hm, that is starnge. Have you set up "Automatically run applications from untrusted sources as untrusted" flag propertly?

The "Automatically run applications from untrusted sources as untrusted" flag under options is set. The status of the file (text file) on the thumb drive is untrusted but when I use a trusted application like Notepad or Wordpad to read it it becomes trusted according to DW banner at the top of the display. When "Run as untrusted" is selected after right clicking on the file the DW banner at the top of the display reads untrusted. I suppose that's the way it's supposed to work: a trusted application can open an untrusted file but it status is still trusted? Maybe I just don't have the operation details down ....

Ah, now I see. Well, have you ever red about malware within .txt files? As about me- never! That is why "untrusted" attribute doesn't works with non-dangerous file types (.txt, .ini, .... ).
