Recently I formatted my PC and installed fresh copy of win2003 , I have installed paltalk messanger, when I tried to run it I am receiving the error message below :

If you click on the URL that I have provided, it should be ok, I just tried right now and it is ok.

File SLIP.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers
