If I run CCleaner ,then enable DW, surf the net ,then disable DW protection ,which should remove anything untrusted. When I run CCleaner again there is cookies that shouldn't be there? If I am wrong ,please explain. I have 2.0 Beta 6 running FF and FF was untrusted.

DW doesn't remove anything in automatic mode.

What do you mean automatic mode?

Without your activity.
I mean that DefenseWall doesn't tracks cookies, it doesn't erase it. If you need erase your cookies- there is a built-in tool within your browser already implemented.

I guess I just misunderstood. I was under the impression the anything put on the computer while untrusted is itself untrusted and would be removed when DW is closed.

You impression is wrong. DefenseWall doesn't remove anything on close/protection disabling/wherever automatically. Cookies removing is really irritating for everyday work. I like to be auto-logged in to this forum...
