I have never used/loaded/ran Opera, but under Advanced > Download Areas it shows...

"Download Areas" are the places where users usually download their files with its browsers to allow auto-protection of this content. It is OK if you doesn't have Opera, but if you would you had it or installed it- this record would be useful :)
