Hello all,

I downloaded DW and got an error message that the driver would not load. I wrote Ilya about my problem and he spent about 2 weeks helping me with my problem.
DW now works and I look forward to using and learning the program.
Ilya is remarkable in the amount of service he gives his customers. Im wondering if he has time for a life outside of his programs
