OK, I seem to have Kerio and DW running together, so I downloaded your driver with fixes from here as you suggested in your last email:

Now IE uses 48% CPU and won't connect to network. Firefox is using more CPU than normal as well, but will connect. Should I roll back or do you have something I should try?
EDIT: both consume normal CPU when I run them as trusted, and both connect to network OK
