Photobie is a complete image editing software customized for photo retouching. Photobie is free to use and to distribute.
The logo(s) and banner will be used in the Photobie program as well as at the Photobie Club Forum.
Rules and deadlines.
- The design must be original work of the submitter.
- You must submit a banner, logo and *logo text. (*1 see note)
- Contest will start October 1, 2007 and end November 20, 2007.
- Submission of the Photobie *.POB files are required for verification of the banner. (*2 see note)
- Anyone can participate, (registration and membership at the Photobie Club Forum required).
- Results or updates will be posted in the Photobie Club forum.
- Submissions to be posted here. Questions or inquiries, please post here.
- US $100.00. Payable via Money Order, Check or Paypal.
- Your name and/or links displayed at the forum as the winner.
- Your winning submission used for the Photobie Club Forum banner, logo text and logo in the Photobie program.
Logo and banner dimensions, file types and info.
- Banner: 700x100 pixels - .jpg format
Banner should contain the following words for links - (links to be placed into banner later by Administration).
[ Home, Club, Download, Galleries, Tutorials, Contests, Services, Contact ]
- Logo: *16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64 - .png and/or .ico formats.(*3 see note)
- Logo Text: 170x94 - .png format.
*1, Logo Text is optional as it may be reproduced from the winning banner. If you wish to make a logo text that is different from the banner and logo by all means submit it with the rest of your entries.
*2, The Photobie .POB must be uploaded as an attachment for verification that the banner was assembled in the Photobie program (to show layers). You can use any image editing program to create your banner but assembly and saving/attaching the .POB file is required.
*3, One size and format may be enough for the Administration to create the other program logos. Do submit all sizes and formats if you wish.
You can choose .jpg, .png or .gif formats to display your entries in your posts for the contest either through attaching them or through an image hosting site. Remember, the .POB file is also required as an attachment for verification.
