We've got a laptop at work that keeps locking up the taskbar.
If you have say 2 or 3 (or more) programs open you are unable to simply click between each program at the bottom of the task bar, they just flash and don't do anything when you click.
I've seen it on several PC's seems very intermittent, a reboot usually clears the problem but any idea on how to fix it?
I've tried the following:
System Properties> Advanced> Performance> Settings> Visual Effects. Try changing this to "best performance." Then test the right click menus again.
The above hasn't corrected the problem.
