Downloaded trial version.
Installation did not proceed properly. 2nd splash screen advising restart did not appear.
Could only open program from defensewall.exe in installation folder. No icon in system tray.
Message: “Driver not installed”.
After clicking message, red mark on face of newly appearing icon in tray would disappear.
Could open configuration menu, but with message within narrow button: “Driver not properly loaded. Full protection not enabled”
All startup programs loaded in “Trusted Zone”. No programs at all (including Firefox) are listed in “Untrusted Zone”.

Many of my startup programs would not load. Most icons in system tray would not load. Sandboxie would fail.

Windows explorer windows lost pinned location on 2nd monitor, and lost view configurations each time I would attempt to open program from installation folder.

Uninstalled and reinstalled three times. Deleted installation folder each time. Downloaded from alternate source and re-installed. No joy. AV disabled during installation attempts.

Finally, had to perform “System Restore” to recover blocked startup programs.

BTW: email link from uninstall process does not work either.

Had just performed full security scan within 24 hours. All clean.

All-in-all, not a positive experience.

Your program received a lot of favorable reviews, which is the only reason I’m bothering to follow up.

Make sure driver's installation is not blocked. Try to switch off all the security software (BitDefender, Trojan Hander, SBIE) and repeat the installation.

Thanks Ilya,

I blanked on the fact that the anti-spy was active rather than just monitoring. Shows that it does do its job. Install went well, took a little while to understand the rules popup, but all seems to running smooth.

It's a welcome surprise to find a forum with such quick response.
