I'm having a strange problem with textures in Bryce 6. I'm trying to render a BMP sequence of a space ship spinning around in a circle while in camera view. I'm having the camera stay fixed, while my space ship rotates. The problem is, the texture on the space ship isn't rotating when the space ship does. I tried doing the same exact thing with a rock, and encountered the exact same problem.

Is there a setting somewhere to fix this?

Hi Natus,

It sounds like you have the mapping for the space ship set to "World space"

If you go into the material lab on the right where you see the texture there is an option to change the mapping.
Just click the little down arrow and select "Parametric"

Just post if still having problems, I will watch the thread

It really was that simple...

It worked like a charm - thanks Stem.
