NP-Q1UAY01 is the model. I need to completely restore to manu. settings. I am having problems transferring information from one device to another which is what I need from my Samsung 7" touch mobile PC. Is their a way to do it without restore disks?

Which '... other device...' or devices you are talking about? Another mobile PC? Need more details



As we aren't familar so much with that device I would suggest to follow the advices of Samsungs Support. It's a security related installation and it makes sense, cause that way owners can be sure his/her data get defintely removed when it got lost or stolen.
