I am looking to backup the information on my laptop. It has a 80GB hard drive.

I am also looking to get a new ipod as well.

My question is, do you think I could get away with buying a 160gig ipod and use that as a backup or is that too unsafe? Or Should I just buy an external hard drive?

I suggest you that you should buy a external usb hard drive.its better than ipod..
