Before uploading an avatar there are four things that you need to know, you must be a registered member, the image you wish to upload may not exceed 35KB, must not exceed 90x90 pixels and must be in either one of the following formats: gif, jpeg, jpg, png.

1. In the top right hand corner of your browser window, just underneath the banner please click the link labelled .
This will load the Control Panel or CP as it is commonly known.

If you have trouble finding it follow this link and proceed to step 3.

2. On the left hand menu there should be a subsection labelled 'Personal Profile', click the link under it labelled 'Edit Avatar Settings'.


3. You should then notice a section named 'Your image avatars'. Press the 'Browse' button.

4. This should then open a Dialog, browse to and select the image you wish to have as your Avatar and press the 'Open' button.

5. Press the 'Update Avatar' button.

Note: If you are replacing an existing Avatar the new one may not appear until the browser has been refreshed.
