My computer has following symptoms:
1. When I right click on any Drive in my computer, first two letters i.e. open & explore, in the window that appears, are in some strange language. I guess it is chinese. That is actually first symptom of virus.
2. After this if I hide any file or folder, it doesn't appear again even after choosing 'show all hidden files or folders' from folder options.
3. As soon as I connect to internet, after sometimes my PC takes restart command itself or some error appears(blue screen with some strange text) & I have to turn off my PC & restart it again.
I have used updated version of Norton Antivirus but no use. Can please any one tell that what kind of virus is it & how I can get rid of it without formatting my PC.
