when i tried to install Avira the installation failed because of defensewall. I ran Avira as "trusted" but during the installation I noticed that 2 untrusted files was starting up. It was the files "install.exe" and "msiexec.exe".

How do you run it? Try to remove the file from untrusted list and run again.

I have changed the Avira installation file status to trusted. I have also tried to run it as trusted after I changed the status to trusted. I have already tried to run it many times. It doesnt help what I do.

Right-click on the file, go to "DefenseWall HIPS"->"File status". Is it trusted or untrusted?

Hello,
QUOTE
I have now uninstalled defensewall.
You could also try to install Avira by disabling DW.
