Hello,
I've got a problem with DefenseWall. Firtst of all, when my system is starting (Windows Vista Basic) the program shows me an error (screenshot 'DWerror' in attachments). I've got a polish version of DW and the error says that: "drivers was not loaded (or initialized) properly. Please reboot your system or reinstall DW again." After this messege the icon of DW in the tray changes to grey colour and DW doesn't work. What should I do to fix this problem?
My system: Windows Vista Basic pre-installed on Acer Aspire 3690 notebook (32-bit version);
Other security programs: Avira AntiVir Free

You can try to disable Avira and then reinstall DW.

I've been trying to reinstall DW or reboot the system, also disable and uninstalling Avira but the problem is still.

It means, something just blocks DW's driver installation or remove it from your hard driver. It's the specific issue, just check if you have all security setup disabled and you are running DW's installation file with full privileges.

I'm the only user on my notebook so I've got all administrators privileges.

OK, one more possible reason- check defensewall.exe is not untrusted. Just open its "Untrusted Applications" sheet- if you can see it, it's running trusted, other case it's not.

defensewall.exe is running as "trusted".
