Anyone got any suggestions on what can open up a QDB file.

This is a bit of a shot in the dark, this is from something someone built in the past who we can't contact but we want to access the data.

The only thing I've been able to find online are these programs but they don't open the file. I suspect it's some sort of database file but I have no idea what the original program language was but if anyone has got any suggestions on what might work I'll give it a go.

I've tried using Excel, Access and the Open Office Database programs but this doesn't work.

I can open it up in notepad but the data isn't formatted correctly but can be read.
